Our spit roasts are fully mobile so we do not have to get to your event 7 to 8 hours before you want to eat like other companies, on arrival we would set up and then WHEN YOU are ready for service we would lift the hog into the presentation position around 15 minutes before we start to carve so all the guests can see the hog or meat, then a fully uniformed chef would carve and serve the hog.
With the spit roasts you can have a selection of different meats from wild boar to lamb with garlic and rosemary.
