"Smokey Jacks absolutely made our wedding in June 2007. It was raining one minute and sunny the next. We were both nervous it would be a wash out. As soon we saw Smokeyjacks there, immaculately turned out, surrounded by such amazing looking and tasting food all our worries disappeared!
All day we were told by our guests, 'It's the best hogroast we have ever been to.
The salads, meats, salmon, breads and dessert were incredible. But, more than just the food, the staff were so professional and friendly.
I had booked a helicopter to fly low overhead and to drop confetti over the gusts directly above the Hogroast. This it did but we underestimated the down draft!!!!! Tents were blown over and crockery, food and glasses smashed. However, through this Smoekyjacks calmly and professionally carried on. They collected and exchanged the damaged items and within 20 mins you would never have noticed that we had been in a mini hurricane. His staff were brilliant and constantly helpful and made the wedding and instant (infamous) success.
